E-learning - distance learning : learn at your own pace
ILTC has been designing "Blended" courses since 2004 (E-Learning combined with telephone lessons or face-to-face sessions) with its partners GYMGLISH and RICH MORNING SHOW which provide each learner with personalised support. Total Immersion
Our total immersion sessions (for groups or individuals) are the best way of rapidly boosting your projects.
Training Design Consulting - creation of training plans for companies or specific teams.
Providing you with our course design know-how : we create a made-to-measure training plan, draw up scales which help to analyse needs and define objectives, establish reference frames, and perform skills validation. We map the company's internal linguistic skills and evaluate the professional linguistic competencies.
Evaluating linguistic competencies
It may be necessary to assess the real linguistic skills of job applicants or current employees being transferred to a position which requires specific linguistic competences.
Course types
Individual sessions :
• Face-to-face lessons : 10 to 40-hour packs, at your own pace, in ILTC's offices or in yours.
• Telephone lessons : 30-minute sessions + the time it takes to send your file by email.
• Total Immersion : sessions in the UK or the USA, a personalised course with one-to-one lessons. Between 25 and 40 hours of lessons per week, as well as cultural trips and outings.
• Distance learning : or E-Learning. Daily English lessons (between 10 and 30 minutes a day). Work at your own pace, wherever and whenever suits you best.
Group sessions :
• Intra-company group sessions : bringing together employees from the same company with shared professional objectives. ILTC uses an innovative teaching approach which draws on the group's dynamics to build effective communication.
• Inter-company group sessions : use the same teaching method which is dedicated in this case to a professional theme (please contact us for the inter-company course schedule). The participants are from different companies.
• A monthly ladies lunch date in English!
