Job Description for an ILTC English Language Trainer
Function description:
A trainer at ILTC is a key member of a multidisciplinary team involved in setting up, running and reporting of our client’s training. He/she is responsible for preparing the grounds for quality training as well as all the necessary elements to provide a clear A- Z follow up of varying training programs;
- Contribute to the design of programs, specifically related to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Contribute to completion of programs
- Design and validate programs according to the applicable quality standards and guidelines
- Identify inconsistencies and ensure resolutions
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Attend training session set up for trainers
- Assume responsibility for delivery of a clear training session
- Contribute to standardizing procedures
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above
Profile:
- Training background/certification or equivalent through experience
- Works independently with low supervision
